Where to Stay
The slope-side Hôtel des Neiges is the perfect spot for those who want to go straight from their pyjamas into their ski pants. Then go for an après-ski massage at the hotel’s plush wellness centre.

Hôtel Byblos Courchevel’s ski butler warms your boots while you visit its spa for a high-tech facial (with its new nano-emulsion Regenerating Vitality of the Glaciers treatment). For hedonistic kicks, visit the hotel’s cigar bar.

Where to Eat
We were won over by L’Arbé’s comfort food and folksy atmosphere. While there, sample the excellent savoyarde specialties, like our favourite, the local digestif génépi.

Après-ski, indulge in Le Chabichou’s creative cuisine (licorice mousseline, anyone?). Chef Michel Rochedy also offers Thursday morning cooking classes at this hotel restaurant. The four-course breakfast is optional.
