Flash Competition RulesTO ENTER: Enter by mailing your photos with your name, address, phone number, the subject and when and where you took the photo, to: Flash – enRoute or by sending a photo electronically (at 300 dpi) along with your name, address, phone number, the subject and when and where you took the photo, to: flash@enroutemag.net To be eligible, your entry must be chosen by the enRoute panel to appear in enRoute magazine between February and December 2006. If your entry is selected for publication you must fill out a form that shall contain a declaration that you took the photo, that you did not transfer the copyright thereto to anyone and, if the photo represents persons that can be identified, a consent from these persons to have the picture published in enRoute. PRIZE: One prize will be awarded consisting of return Hospitality Service Air Canada tickets for winner and travelling companion valid between the airport nearest the winner’s residence to any destination served by Air Canada in North America, excluding Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean. Once a destination has been chosen, no changes are permitted. Accommodations, meals, airport and departure taxes and any additional expenses not included. Trips must be completed by December, 2007 and are subject to blackouts and space availability. Approximate value of prize: $2,600.00. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Competition runs from February 1, 2006 to November 1, 2006. A winner will be selected from a panel of judges amongst all eligible entries received and selected for publication in enRoute. Judges will make their decisions by December 1, 2006 and announce the winner in the Montreal offices of enRoute magazine, 4200, boulevard St-Laurent, Suite 707. All decisions of enRoute representatives are final. Prize travel does not qualify for Aeroplan mileage accumulation or that of any other affiliated program. Winner and travelling companion are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents such as passports and visas. ELIGIBILITY: Competition is open to all Canadian residents who are of age of majority, according to the law of the province in which they reside. Employees of Spafax Canada or Air Canada or their affiliates or agencies, or persons with whom any of the above are domiciled are not eligible. enRoute reserves the right to terminate all or part of this competition if events beyond its reasonable control make continuation unfeasible. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, bartered or redeemed for cash. |
