A production straight out of commedia dellarte, Muse is at once contemporary and whimsical but the food is no joke. Using French techniques and local ingredients, Calgary chef David Cox prepares escargots and wild mushrooms in tarragon beurre blanc. With plush banquettes, a Janice Beaton cheese selection, a bottle of wine and a fire in the hearth, this is a place to linger.
